As the rankings season approaches its climax for various teams, especially in states like Florida and Louisiana where playoffs are in full swing, this could mark the final week in which every team on our list remains active.

All playoff teams have successfully advanced from regionals, with 24 out of the 25 teams from last week’s rankings remaining intact. However, there has been a considerable reshuffle, most notably with Etowah (Georgia) stepping up to the No. 3 spot for the first time this year.

Though they remain within our top 10, Huntington Beach (California) experienced the largest drop, falling from No. 3 to No. 9 following two losses last week. Bishop Verot (Florida) made another leap, edging nearer to the top 10, and St. John Bosco (California) entered the top 25 for the initial time this year, displacing Edmond North (Oklahoma) after they went 2-2 and fell out just a week after entering at No. 24.
